Crisis Situation

If your child is in an urgent crisis situation, please contact your GP, or local therapist, immediately for direct emergency treatment. No online program or solution will provide the urgent support you would require in a crisis situation. Online self-help solutions are directed towards people who want to discover tools to help them overcome a problem that has been present for some time, and is ‘non-urgent’ in nature. 

Psychiatric Illnesses

Online self-help solutions are unlikely to provide sufficient support for people diagnosed with serious psychiatric illnesses, or those with complicated problems, which require close and direct treatment.
